PROJECT MANAGEMENT

We alertly watch over all aspects of a project, from designreview and long-lead items through schedule and budgetupdates and inspection during construction. As Project/Construction Managers or Owner’s Representatives, wemanage all phases of the construction process from pre-designthrough completion, including cost/budget controls, scheduling, estimating, expediting, contract administration,inspections, and control of contractors and suppliers.

QUALITY CONTROL

Quality control is an essential part of our job because it ultimately improves client satisfaction. More pracitcally doing quality work means less rework. Not needing to redo work that should have been done right the first time reduces costs and keeps project on schedule and prevents over-run. Most importantly, it is the quality control that leads to a successful project. Everything done in construction project managment rests on the quality of work.

Constrction mangment procurment is defined as being the art and manner of securing necessary goods & services with an eye to timeliness, acceptable quality (which varies considerably from one client to the next), respect of financial parameters (reasonable pricing), minimizing and mitigating risk, effective communication and administration and last but certainly not least, ensuring clients’ satisfaction.
